Variable Attributes

Pookyballs variable attributes explained.

Every Pookyball has six Variable Attributes:

  • Layer 1 - โ€˜Homeโ€™, โ€˜Drawโ€™ and 'Away'

  • Layer 2 - โ€˜Offenceโ€™ and โ€˜Defenceโ€™

  • Layer 3 - โ€˜Scoreโ€™

Letโ€™s look at the Variable Attributes in more detail.

Home (1)

The Home Attribute boosts Points for a Home win.

For example, a player uses a Pookyball with the Home Attribute and predicts Bayern Munich to beat Manchester United in the Champions League at the Allianz Arena, in Munich.

If the prediction is correct, the boost is applied. If Manchester United win or the match is a draw, the player receives no boost.

Boost percentage depends on the level of the Attribute.

Draw (X)

The Draw Attribute boosts Points for a Draw.

For example, a player uses a Pookyball with the Draw Attribute and predicts Bayern Munich to draw with Manchester United in the Champions League at the Allianz Arena (optimism is important in football).

If the prediction is correct, the multiplier is applied. If Manchester United or Bayern win, the player receives no boost. Boost percentage depends on the level of the Attribute.

Away (2)

The Away Attribute boosts Points for an Away win.

Continuing the example, a player uses a Pookyball with the Away Attribute and predicts Manchester United to beat Bayern Munich (unlikely, but possible) in the Champions League at the Allianz Arena. If the prediction is correct, the boost is applied. If Bayern win or draw, the player receives no boost.

Boost percentage depends on the level of the Attribute.

Offence (O)

The Offence Attribute boosts Points for a high scoring game (3 or more goals scored).

A different example this time. A player uses a Pookyball with the Offence Attribute and predicts 7 goals in an Italian Serie A match between AC Milan and Juventus. If 3 or more goals are scored, the booster is applied.

Boost percentage depends on the level of the Attribute.

Defence (D)

The Defence Attribute boosts Points for a low scoring game (less than 3 goals scored).

Still in the Italian Serie A. A player uses a Pookyball with the Defence Attribute and predicts 1 goal between AC Milan and Juventus. If 2 or less goals are scored, the boost is applied.

Boost percentage depends on the level of the Attribute.

Score (S)

The most difficult prediction of all. The Score Attribute boosts Points for an accurately predicted score. Boost percentage depends on the level of the Attribute.

Each Pookyball Attribute Level depends on several factors such as Rarity, Ball Level, ...
